1. If you cancel at any time up to Mar. 8, 2009, a full refund will be made to you upon receipt of your written notice.
2. If you cancel at any time up to April 1, 2009, a 50% refund will be made to you upon receipt of your written notice. If your cancellation is made within 20 days before the conference, no refund will be made.
3. If , for any reason , this conference is cancelled ,we shall offer you a 100% refund of the conference fee. Gasgoo International shall not be responsible for covering airfares, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants.
4. Substitutions are acceptable if requests are made on or before April 1, 2009.

Payment Terms: After remitting the payment, please fax us your bank slip to0086 21 5036 6106. Your place at the event is not secure until payment has been received and is subject to cancellation if no payment has been received by the start of the event.
Programme Change Policy: Please note the speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and topics.
Accommodation: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee.
Simultaneous Interpretation (from Mandarin to English， vice versa ) for the conference will be available.
