According to PSA insiders, PSA has truly set a strategy to put the No.3 plant of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile at the Shenzhen base, which is the bottom line Christian Streiff has already hinted. In February, at a close-door conference of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen, he announced officially the No.3 plant project was started.
