Shanghai, May 29 (Gasgoo.com) BMW Brilliance Automotive, a Chinese joint venture of German carmaker BMW, has appointed Lei Xiaoyang as the vice president of finance and CFO starting from May 2008.
BMW Brilliance Automotive said that it is deeply grateful to Luo Guomin, the ex vice-president of finance and CFO for his great contribution to the joint venture in the past two years.
Mr. Lei Xiaoyang, ever director and CFO of Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd and Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd, boasts long experience in finance management and has a good automotive background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering, a Master's degree in finance, and also has acquired an MBA degree at an American university.
