Our company was officially established in October 1991 as an export-import trade company, agency and representation of foreign companies. Successor of the FAP-FAMOS company, a licensed manufacturer of engines, trucks and buses under the license of Mercedes Benz AG, and gearboxes under the license ZF-Zahnradfabrik for over thirty years, it was established as company for the sale and rendering services for a group of the largest bus and truck producers in the SFRY, such as: automobile factory FAP Priboj, bus factory FAS Skopje, engine factory FAMOS (Sarajevo), gearbox factory FMH (Hrasnica) and bus factory TAZ (Zagreb). After the transformation of the economic system within the country, and the drive towards a free-market economy, the organizational status of the firm had changed - hence, it was founded as a joint-stock company. Our company has maintained its headquarters in Belgrade since its founding with the current total capital of 8.6 million euros. The firm is managed by a Board of Directors and supervised by the Assembly of Joint Stock Company, while management with the usual rights of representation and agency is entrusted to the general manager.
