The axle is designed and developed to meet the highway transportation demands of China’s heavy duty truck, the rated axle load 13T and output torque 55000Nm. It has the features of large load bearing capacity and big transmission torque as the thickened and big torque gear driving system is used. The axle case adopts imported double—headed vacuum electronic beam welding process and 100% ultrasonic detection of defects is made after welding so as to ensure that every axle case assembly is stable and reliable in quality and noise lower than 85Decibel,which fully meets the requirement of new rules. The large capacity brake can ensure the driving safety of heavy duty truck. Meanwhile, the anti— seizing system ABS and clearance self—adjusting arm are equipped.
