Cylinder block is an integral casting part with crankcase, with full support bearing caps and dry cylinder liners.Cylinder head is of integral 4-cylinder type.Crankshaft is of nodular cast iron with surface nitriding treatment.Piston top is of hot flow type, the skirt section has oval barrel curved surface,the down section is of slipper structure,with two compression rings and one oil ring.Valve mechanism is of overhead type. Injection pump adopts Bosch A type pump. Injector is of long body closed type, with holes 4×Φ0.30mm, opening pressure 19.1±0.45MP(195±5kgf/cm2). Oil pump is of gear drive type. Oil filter is of helical one-time use can. Oil cooler is of plate case type. Water pump is of centrifugal type, with wax type thermostat.
