CY6102BZLQ Diesel Engine General Situation
Model CY6102BZLQ turbocharged diesel engine is developed on the base of CY6102BZQ diesel engine, adopting air to air inter-cooling technology, by improving design on intake and exhaust system, fuel supply system, combustion system, cooling system as well as lubrication system, with the emission standard of Euro II. The engine bench test, reliability test, vehicle road performance test and the customer operation have proved this version engine has a reasonable design and advanced performance index. The critical parts such as cylinder block, crankshaft, piston etc. have adopted new structure, new manufacturing process, which greatly increase the strength and rigidity and have higher operation reliability 
Injection pump: P type reinforced pump, with boost compensator.
Injector: Long body closed type, with holes 5×Φ0.31mm, opening pressure 25±0.5MPa(255±5kgf/cm2)
Fuel supply automatic advancer: Mechanical centrifugal type, advance angle 2°
Air cleaner : Cyclone dust –receiving, paper element
Waste gas turbocharger: Radial flow type, with gas release valve
