Base on common gas spring design, develop internal grooving has a slope on the tube IDits no cutting manufacturing process---professional name is dynamic gas spring.
Piston is single-direction structure, use the variable damping function of grooving on the tube ID to release high-pressure air or hydraulic oil on piston rod extended direction. It will replace original piston-hole damping design.

Common gas spring structure use the piston-hole damping structure. It will use thehydraulic oil pass through damping hole to achieve the damping at the end of stroke, and it use diameter size of damping hole to control extended damping rate. But the design flaw is, when installation, the piston rod must be downwardor the damping function will lose.

 Gas spring also can be used as both side strut for engine hood and trunk lid of car.
 Dynamic gas spring could be installed in any angle, work as normal under extreme weather condition or environmentwhen travel in completed stroke, hood open in smooth and uniform speed no any shaking.
 Piston rod use environmental Compound salt QPQ nitrided process.
Tube use imported automatic internal grooving machine no cutting manufacturing.
 Cylinder use SPCC welding tubing necking down process with imported PTFE coating layer.
Saving lube, apply internal grooving on the tube as valve to make sure gas spring’s piston movment.
