9 x 1.75 hydraulic trailer drum brake comes complete with shoes, springs and hydraulic cylinder ready to bolt on. The maximum capacity of one 9" hydraulic trailer drum brake kit is 1200 kg for 15 or 16 wheel, and 1450 kg is for 13 or 14 wheel. 9 hydraulic backing plate mounts on standard 4 bolt flange. 9 trailer brake assemblies are most often used to tow boat trailers and most RVs in saltwater. The 9 inch hydraulic brakes need less ongoing maintenance than 9 inch mechanical brakes, but be more expensive to install or replace.
