We are producer of pvb film use for autoglass with pvb resin.
Xinfu PVB is made by Huzhou Xinfu New-materials Co.,ltd., which is subsidiary company of Xinfu Pharm. We have advanced PVB resin and film products producing-lines. The designed production capacity of the PVB resin is 5700 MT, and the PVB film is 6 million square meters. We produce the PVB film adopting 100% fresh PVB resin produced by ourselves.

We are in the leading position interiorly in the equipments, technology, degree of automation and production quality. We dont use the reclaimed material during the process of PVB film production, to guarantee the quality of production and the stability of each technical data.

We produce the PVB film in a 10 million grade purification workshop with the first class equipments in the world. For example, we have Weightlessness type feeder from Brabender Germany, screen changers and melt pump from Switzerland, Automatic Die head from CLOEREN USA, the Online thickness scanner , automatic gauge control(AGC)systems and Online scanning moisture tester from Honeywell USA, and the Online surface video detection system from ISRA Germany.
