The advantage of World-NB ballast:Most Important!!!

Global originate cold and hot without impact start,can prolong the hid bulb life span 2times.

Cold start current:6.2A.

Original fuse in car is 7.5A.But most of ballast in market are higher than this owing to their factory cant control this.Its a hidden danger to original car circuit.  

Hot start current3.6A.Very stable electric current keep you safe when you are switching between high light and low light in driving.But some suppliers are up to 10A and not stable enough.  

Hot start power35W.Stable hot start power make no damage to xenon bulb.This prolongs xenon bulbs lifetime 1.5 to 2 times.However most of other suppliers are high to 75W.  

Cold start power56W.No damage to burner and xenon arc.However many others are up to 105W.  

Output voltage:60V/165V.After worked for 2000 to 3000 hours later,Xenon bulb working voltage reach to 115V to 150V.

At that time many ballasts can not provide that high voltage.So xenon bulb can be lighted up again.But our ballast can output more 10 to 15V.

This meands xenon bulb can work more 600 to 1000 hours.Working efficiency:87%.Very close to Hella,Germany(89%).

FAQ:

1.After installing HID,it happen to light flashing.

World answer:Due to the battery cell can’t offer enough electricity,it happen to light flashing.Adding special harness can resolving this problem.

2.After installing hid,it happen to astigmatism.

World answer:Due to the ballast offer the electricity imbalance,it happen to astigmatism.Adding resistor harness can resolve this problem.

3.After installing H1 hid,it happen to light flashing.

World answer:Due to the H1 base is very small,it need fix exactly,then it will no lamp flashing problem.

1.We use stand 125degrees high temperature capacitance.Other company use 105degrees capacitance can't stand high temperature.Capacitance is most important component and has many function,like filter,resonance,shunt circuit and so on.

The capacitance good or bad will decide the ballast life span directly.

2.Our SB 12V 35W AC ballast has 4 layer circuit board.Other company has only 2 layer for AC ballast.

3.We have 6pcs mosfet on 1 AC 35W ballast.Other company has only 4pcs or less mosfet on it.Mosfet function is control frequency.

4.We use Japan TDK transformer,capacitance and transformer produce resonance step-up.

6.Full filled silicon high voltage bag can do 23000V starting voltage.Other company high voltage bag fill little silicon into it.

7.Initial startup without concussion in the global.

8.with silicon gel sleeve on the enamel-insulated wire,To stop the high voltage puncture and avoid the break circuit instance.

AC ballast has no positive and negative pole difference.The electron number alternately cycle move,then the pole temperature is low and prolong hid life span.

But for the DC ballast,the electron number is always from positive to negative pole.Then the negative receive the electron number will be much heat,high temperature and perforation.The defective rate of DC ballast is higher than DC ballast.

AC ballast has better and more components than DC ballast.Our AC ballast has 6pcs mosfet and DC ballast has 2pcs mosfet.Other company,AC ballast has only 4pcs mosfet and DC ballast has 1pc mosfet.
