2.Inner and holder:adopted 20Cr,featuring in strong tension,bending strength,strong fatigue in contact, good toughness and wear.

3.Dustproof cover:adopted imported chloroprene rubber,featuring in oil-resistance,hear-resistance,high-lower-temperature-resistance(-40120),ozone-resistance,acid and basic resistance,and higher tension and air-tightness.

4.Lubricating oil:120g in quantity is to ensure the ball-basket can run normally. Its main ingredients are MOS₂,featuring in strong anti-wear,anti-compression and high temperature performance,even if the lubricating grease resolves and goes bad,the MOS₂ still can keep its lubricant property.

1.Finley Machining: ball railway six-part point precision control within 0.05mm,the roughness is above 0.8,which ensures the ball can run smoothly and non-jamming and permit working angle.

2.Bonderizing: antirust and corrosion resistance.

3.Warm forging forming: the blank is forged and formed below of 650,which reduces greatly the deformation resulted in higher temperature,ensuring the precision of the inner channel of ball.
