Product Description:

1.Engine speed hour meter is the combined instrument to automatically measure and   display the engine speed and automatically accumulate the engine working hours.   The tachometer part is displayed by moving magnet type pointer and the key parts   and components (module and chip) are assembled by imported parts, which have   stantaneous pressure resistance and wide voltage working functions.

2.In particularly, the display precision of engine's high-speed operation region is leading in the do   mestic, which is used as substitution for imported instrument by many motor anufa   cturers.There are two types of installation holes as 55 and 85; meanwhile, low- speed alarm function of engine can be provided according to the customer requirement, which is especially suitable for agricultural machinery, engineering machinery,  enerators and other industries.

3.The work hour meter part adopts stepper motor structure to accurately display the actual work hour of engine through quartz shock,   frequency and rolling digit. Rack and transmission gear adopt H62 copperplate shaping fine-blanking hobbing and other special technologies for timekeeper; transmission shaft adopts special steel heat treatment, chromium-plating polishing and other technologies.

4.Compared with former similar product with iron absorption structure and plastic rack, the main transmission with inlaid man-made jewel bearing is greatly improved in terms of service life, precision and reliability.

5.In particular, it has overcome  the deformation seizure of plastic module in the high-temperature working environment.
