Q3:Whats the payment terms?
30% T/T as deposit, and 70% T/T balance against of B/L.

Q4:If there are defective batteries in the warranty, whats your policy to replace them? 
Please take the photos of the broken batteries for us and tell us what happen, if everything is confirmed, the new ones will be sent to you as compensation in the next order.
