Preparing for fuel pump
Attention:
First, we must ensure that dust and dirt is cleaned on the surface of pump. The following program will help you to install type YZ05C electromagnetic actuator.
Step 1: The overshoot protected screws of part model are possibly replaced, we suggest to change M6×10 screws, it will provide you with enough space to install the YZ05C electromagnetic actuator.
Step 2:Adjust the droop control screw, loosen the locked bolt, and rotating droop control screw by clockwise direction, dont tighten the screw unduly until we can't open it easily, after that, adjusting the hexagonal screw by counter-clockwise direction
Step 3:Adjust the idling speed of the engine, the engine whose rated speed is 1500 RPM need adjust to 1650 RPM. The engine whose rated speed is 1800 RPM need adjust to 1950 RPM. This step is need to loosen the speed setting bolt, waiting for the speed to turn to 1650 RPM or 1950 RPM, then shut down the engine, disconnecting engine power and restarting it.
The installation of YZ05C actuator
Attention:During the installation process, we should ensure that the engine won't start and we can't make any garbage debris into the fuel pump after opening the pump cover.
Step 4: Cleaning four electric adjustable mounting holes and opening the insert mouth cover of the electromagnetic actuator.
Step 5:Cleaning the connection part of the actuators and the oil pump, put the "O" type trap into the actuator in order to ensure the seal after installing. The actuator connects with the 12V power (regardless of positive and negative), letting the actuators output hook turn to the largest position by clockwise direction. Inserting the actuator at this way, the actuators hook will push the pull rod of the oil pump to zero position on the under the action of spring force after shutting down the power. Please pay close attention to the installation process of actuator must be on 12 v power, until the installation is complete.
Step 6: Rotating the actuator slightly by counter-clockwise direction and inserting into the fuel pump, dont forced to insert the actuator. If there are some obstacles, we can rotate the actuator slightly to the opposite direction. The mounting hole is groove shape, which provides convenience to adjust the location of the installation and makes sure to carry out it
Step 7: Once the actuator inserts completely to installation mouth, aligning screw holes, fixing the actuator with the screws
Step 8: You can check whether the actuator is working correctly or not: Disconnecting actuator dc power supply, you can hear the voice of click, the actuator will close the oil mass at zero position at this time
Step 9: The condition of starting the engine is the hook and oil pump rack contacted closely
