Bridge rectifiers are widely used in LCD TV, CRT color TV sets, monitors, speakers, energy-saving lamps, microwave ovens, printers, set-top boxes, small household electrical appliances and other fields. 

Bridge Rectifier module damage and causes:

1. The rectifier module is damaged, usually due to grid voltage or internal short circuit. In case of eliminating internal short circuit, replace the rectifier bridge.

2. Damage to the inverter module is usually caused by damage to the motor or cable and failure of the drive circuit.

3. There is no display after power-on, usually because the switching power supply is damaged or the soft charging circuit is damaged so that the DC circuit has no direct current.

4. Display overvoltage or undervoltage, usually due to input phase loss, circuit aging and circuit board dampness.

5. Display over current or short circuit to ground is usually due to damage of the current detection circuit. Such as Hall elements, op amp circuits, etc.

6. The power supply and driver board start to display overcurrent. Usually caused by damage to the drive circuit or inverter module.

7. The no-load output voltage is normal, and displays overload or overcurrent after loading. Usually due to improper parameter setting or aging of drive circuit, module damage causes over-current protection function.
