Vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels are the most economical way to machining camshaft. They are designed fit for Toyoda, Junker, Schaudt, Landis CNC cam grinders. The CBN wheels grinding speed from 80m/s to 160m/s. 
 
Crankshaft grinding 
Vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels designed for crankshaft pins, thrust and main bearings grinding. The CBN wheels speed from 80m/s to 100m/s.
 
Double disc surface grinding
Double disc surface grinding is the removal of material from a part with parallel surfaces. The material removal takes place on both sides of the parts simultaneously, with the grinding occurring on the faces of the grinding wheels. 
Application: Connecting rod side faces grinding, engine valves, valve seats and lifters, brake pads, brake rotors, clutch plates, piston rings, universal joints and bearings grinding.
