1) Read manual before usage
2) Select right side according to temperature need (e.g. in summer, choose the cooling side to touch)
3) Keep the cushion straight and flat after unpacking. Do not fold /pierce the cushion.
4) Keep away from fire and all sharp metals. Do not dip the cushion into water.
5) After using cooling side, leave it under air-conditioner or cool and dry places under 28 degree for re-crystalising. The lower temperature is, the faster it crystallizes up. For instance, under 20 , it takes 30mins only but above 28, it can not get crystals. 
6) In summer or hot condition, the cushion should be taken out of the car after parking.
7) If you have to pack a lot under the sun, its recommended to get two cushions so that you will be able to face to face covering the cooling sides, it keeps cooling crystals longer and cooler.
8) Always get spare cushion for long driving or hot weather.
9) In case you left the cooling side exposed to the sun for long term, you should only use the warming side, because its 30-40 lower temperature than your car seats surface, as well as it can prevent your body from the boiling hot heat and radiations.
