Introduction of ball millball mill is a key equipment for grinding materials after the crushing process, which is widely used in the manufacturing industries such as cement, silicate sand, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. Ball mill can grind various ores and materials with dry type or wet type. There are two kinds of ball mills, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.
Structure of ball millThe ball mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Ball mill host includes cylinder which has liner made of wear-resistant materials, bearing which maintains its cylinder rotating, driving part, motor, gears, pulleys, triangle, etc.
Classification of ball millAccording to emissions mine type, there are two kinds of ball mills, grate type and overfall type. According to the material, it can be divided into cement mill, ceramic sand mill, magnesium ball mill, lime ball mill and ore dressing mill. Other type: cone ball mill, dry ball mill, wet ball mill, intermittent ball mill, etc.
