Lighting system:
Fix lamp boxes on upper sides and middle sides of room system. Upper lamp boxes are 45° fixed,made up of 64pcs×36w philip lamps and Sanxiong electronic bulb.Middle lamps are made of 84pcs ×18w philip lamps and Sanxiong electronic ballasts,fixed on the middle of wallboards by 42 sets.The room illumination can reach1000LUX.

Air purification system:
Two filter layer structures:crude and refined filter.Crude filter:domestic high quality nonwoven cotton,can catch the dust larger than 10um,fixed on the vent door of work area,there is an adjustable door for it's replacing. Refined filter:BAOCHI600G high quality filter cotton made by customization,multi-layers,dust capcacity:420g/m2,fixed on the bottom of plenum,supported by coated top net,beautiful and easy to replace.The whole filter system has a big dust capacity,low windage,long life. The filter rate is more than 98%.TSP value<=1.4mg/m3.

A bird preventing net on the air inlet door,drawer-type device which can avoid paint sticking on fans.

Heating System
Short wave infrared bake lamps are adopted.12 groups of lamps are installed on left wall board,10 groups of lamps are istalled on right wall board,4 groups of lamps are installed on back wall board,each group has 3 pcs of lamps,total 78pcs infrared light tubes,and each can use for more than 5000 hours,higher drying efficency than oil burner.

Electric Control System:
The main parts is selected from famous brands at home and abroad,specially designed.The whole system is stable,reliable,convenient and accurate.The main circuit has multi-protection such as overcurrent, overload, short circuit and open phase,can automatically display all the work process and the fault condition.
There are light switch,temperature time setting,spraying switch,all lamps baking switch,individual group of lamps baking switch,emergency stop switch,failure alarm,over temperature alarming,hour meter on it.The whole working process can be set in a time.

Eviromental system:
Be made up of 2 groups of environmental protection cabinets ,1 set of 6.3E15kw of 4-82 series blower with electrial motor placed outer and multi-layers paint filter device and active carbon filter device each group, which meets the national standard(Integrated emission standard for air pollutants).
