1.       The machine uses casting lathe bed with high rigidity and shock resistance , which makes it run smoothly in the process of running .

3.       Taiwan high precision whole spindle makes it high machining accuracy
4.       The spindle box is driven by the main motor . It has smooth movement and no noise. At the same time , customer can choose import transducer or main drive to realize stepless speed regulating function.
5.       Machine adopts hydraulic self-centering fixture, forming the composite knife, center drill and blade can change at any time, simple and convenient.
6.       The machine comes with coolant and process for tool cooling respectively to improve the life of cutting tools.
7.       The machine adopts imported high-precision linear pre-loaded rolling guide with single side support screw, motor direct drive screw (without belt drive), make the machine best performance at work.
