Technological process

preheat iron mould-------shoot sand to iron mould by core shooting

machine------Checking iron mouldwith sand------------adding and

reduce sand if needed-------pouringmelting water-----open the

mold andthe grinding balls coming out-----clean out

the residual sand------moulding again.
