Technical features:
1. The molding adopts horizontal snap flask molding line which is the leading level among the similar devices, the production rate is 171 mold one hour with a high accuracy; Japanese Sinto FVN- automatic casting machine is adopted. The casting quality is high stable as the machine can control the  casting weight and speed accurately.
2. The sand process is adopted French variable frequency sand mixer, imported sand performance online detector. The data is recorded by the computer automatically. It is convenient for quality analysis, management and makes sure the quality is stable.
