1. All raw materials, fittings have been checked once arrived at our factory by SQE

2. All parts, semi products are checked during each process of production by QCs.

3. All size, appearance, performance are checked during production.

4. All shock absorbers are checked after being finished.

In period of Quality Guarantee, we'll replace with new shock absorber or refund you in the case below:

1. Wrong installation dimensions.
