  BBS overview
BBS has 3 primary tools. The Post tool, the Manage projects tool and View Suppliers'Information tool:
Post a New Project: You can post a new sourcing inquiry.
Manage Projects: You can edit posted projects and view product applicants.
Manage Suppliers: Manages all the applicants you are screening.
  How to post a new sourcing project?
When you enter BBS, click on "New" (see the on the previous page), and go to the "Post" section. Follow the posting guidelines and complete necessary forms.
Please note: when you post a sourcing project, you need to provide related documents and submit them in the attachment together with the project description. After the posting process is done, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  How to manage my projects?
In Project Management,you can edit your posted projects. First, enter the "Manage Products"section. The list of projects you posted will be displayed on this page. Click the "Edit"button, to enter the "Editing" page. In the editing page you can edit the information of your project.
If you want to cancel a sourcing project, click on the delete button for the specific project. After a project is removed, gasgoo.com will send a confirmation email to your email inbox.
A sourcing project will expire automatically according to date set during the posting process. The souring project will be removed from our website and a confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox.
  How to check the applicants' information?
Once a project is listed, interested suppliers will then be able to apply for it through our system, and you will then receive applications regarding specific products.

You have two means by which to check applications:
1. Go the Managing Project's page: there will be a number indicating the applications regarding each product, click on the number to view the applicants

2. Go to the My Suppliers page: There you will be able to see all the supplies you've added to your database. There you can choose the specific supplier you are looking for from the list.


  How to find qualified suppliers?
You can use either the above two methods mentioned above to reach suppliers. In this page, you can compare between the suppliers, remove the unqualified suppliers, and contact suppliers at your discretion.
Some keywords for this process:
Messages Board: The message board is a forum page displaying all messages received from potential suppliers. Although suppliers can leave messages, they do not have access to your contact information. That is because the messages are left on their application form, so when you delete the supplier from your list, you will no longer receive messages from that supplier.
Rank: With each supplier application, a star ranking system is shown. The ranking expresses previous satisfaction with the supplier. A supplier with a 5 star ranking is defined as"Preferred"supplier. A supplier's rank can be changed at your discretion. To change the rank of a supplier, click on the"Clear Rank"button to subtract one star from the ranking.

Contact Now: you can make contact with selected suppliers using our interface. Click on the Envelope icon and select one supplier to make a single contact, or select a number of suppliers and click on the Contact Now button and make contacts with them at one time. Templates for emails are provided.
