With a total of 400 employees (80 are technicians), the company owns an area of 50,000 sq.m. and has a fixed assets of RMB 50 million and annual capacity of over 4000 Ton. The company is equipped with 8 advanced production lines e.g. knitting rubber pipe, enwinding rubber pipe, and air-conditioning hose and more than 250 sets of leading rubber production and products inspection devices.
The company has 8 series of products including oil pipe, water pipe, braking pipe, and air-conditioning hose etc. of over 3000 types, among which "Elastic tubing of modified PVC for fuel & oil" was granted the int'l leading technology filling the blank of this field and is promoted by the State Science and Technology Commission in 1994. "Hi-pressure Fuel Oil Pipe for the Electrojet Motor of Automobiles" invented in 2000 gained the support of the state creative fund programme, and was considered a key new product of the country, and a project of Torch Programme. In 2003,the auto Ⅲ new oil tube was listed as national key new product; In 2004,super-low penetration PR alloy auto air –conditioning was supported by the national tech-enterprise innovation fund.
