ZheJiang JuHua Automobile Forging Co., Ltd is a large scale forging company in Wenzhou, covering 40000 square meters with modern factory building and offices. The company is located in Juyu Industrial zone, near the national forest park of Wenzhou, at the upriver of Feiyun River and 56 highway of Zhejiang. It is of convenient transportation and nice environment.We have complete set of equipment, 6 production lines from 160 tons to 1600 tons consisted of 48 forging machines and can produce forging products and heat treatment products for mechanical and automobile enterprises. The heating system we adopted is medium frequency induction oven, which can guarantee the forging quality. We have 15 high technical personnel among 28 technical staff. We have sound technical power, which assure us the ability of develop new process and increase the product quality. The president of us, Mr. Yu Jinan, is the director of China National Heat Treatment Association, vice secretary of Zhejiang Heat Treatment Association. Under his direction, our quality control are effectively carried out. We also have advanced heat treatment devices: 6 net & strip quality control production lines, 4 quenching production lines, and 22 equipments including trunk oven, well oven, vacuum ion nitrogen oven, vacuum quenching oven, high frequency quenching oven and etc. The completeness of equipment and technical expertise can meet the different requirements of our customers.We adopt CAD design for product development, and processing center and precise mechanical processing for mould making, these can make sure that the forged products can reach the national standard in precision.We have precise testing equipment for inspection, mechanical, scientific, metallographical, and relevant quality control and inspection rules. The modern lab, online inspection, offline inspection, re-inspection, timely quality information feedback and complete quality control system can guarantee the controllability and ascendability of the products in the production process. We manage under the guidance of ISO9000-2000, with clear responsibility and right.
