Production Description:

Applicable to the transmission seal of crank axle and mechanical axle of motor.
Quality requirement of appearance:
Main lip and auxiliary lip
The main lip should be smooth, the oil return line should be complete and clear, with even intervals and without indenture, blowhole, gap or scratch, which will affect the seal performance. The auxiliary lip shoud be smooth.
Frame
The internal and external frames should be smooth, without defaults of metal peeling, rag or crackle. Bonderizing should be carried out. If there is a special requirement on rust-proof, an agreement should be reached.If There is a need to the oil seal which should be covered by sealed glue, the glue should be covered evenly over the appearance and fastened firmly to the frame.
