Wuhan Fangzhou Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd signed the joint venture contract with DK Automotive AG of German at May 26 2004, in Germany, and set up the joint venture company at August 8 2004, named as Wuhan FSG Fineblanking Co., Ltd .

　　The joint venture company locate at Fanzhou Company’s location as the replacement, with the register capital of 10 million USD, among the which DK Automotive AG takes up 60%, combine with the transmission of the its assy-gear shifts development, production and testing technology, Wuhan Fanzhou Company takes up 40%, and all its production will be taken place by the new joint venture company. The total investment will come up to 25 million USD in the near future.

　　The joint venture company will introduce the advanced assy-gear shifts production technology, quality assurance control methods from FSG German, with the manufacturing machines, test machines, fineblanking dies, and have purchased Feintool HFA 880T and HFA 700T fineblanking machines from Switzerland, form the annually manufacturing ability of 10 million fineblanking parts.

　　 Wuhan FSG Fineblanking Co., Ltd formally opened at Jan 01 2005 , and begin to provide MQ 200 fineblanking parts and MQ250 assy-gear shifts dome in that November. Annually provide 4,000,000 fineblanking parts for MQ200 project in Shanghai, and 150,000 assy-gear shifts domes for MQ250 project in Changchun, meanwhile 130,000 assy-gear shifts domes for MQ250 T5 transmission export to Germany.
