Gearbox (Branch) Company of NAVECO Ltd. is one of the production and operating units of NAVECO, which is the result of the largest projects of cooperation between China and Italy. With more than 30 years of experience in the production of gearbox, it is a member unit of Gear Professional Association of China Automobile Engineering Association.It introduces and follows the production technology from IVECO, making gears according to DIN standards and gearbox according to IVECO quality standard. It has established a scientific and efficient system of production and operation-JIT system, ISO/TS16949 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system and MPR information management system.With the capability of product research and development, it has succeeded in developing many products suitable for the market demand, mainly producing and supplying gear box for SOFIM diesel engine, QD 32 diesel engine and 4G64 gasoline engine. It supplies the quality driveline for medium and light vehicles, MPV, SUV and special vehicles.It has a die-casting machine, one gearbox housing processing equipment, 4 flexible processing equipment for gearbox shafts and gears and one closed assembling transfer line. The major part of its production and testing equipment is imported from Germany, Italy, USA. Its testing capability ranks in the leading position in China. With the quality in conformity with IVECO standard, it has produced more than 100,000 gearbox without complaints from the customers. Furthermore, its many users have not made repair gearbox after 700,000 kilometers of travel.It has six products:2826/2826.5 gearbox,2826/2826.5 gearbox with overdrive gear, 2826/2826.5 gearbox completed with transfer box, 2826/2826.5 remote control gearbox with hand brake, 2826/2826.5automatic mechanical gearbox (AMT), and gearbox clutch housing for cars.
