The factory was founded in 1980, and it specializes in producing nonferrous metal die casting for original Tianjin Automobiles industrial Corp.At present, the area of our factory is 22,671 square meters, and the area of total architectureis 1,5000 square meters. There are 320 employees in the factory. including 6 engineers, 27 technicians, and 29 supervisors . There are 16 sets die-casting machines in the factory, equipment's capacity is from 160T to 1250T. Through we innovated the technial skill 3times which invested 6 millionin USD and 10 million RMB to introduced 1250T.740T die casting machines from buhler Company in Switzerland. In addition we imported 1100T, 750T die casting machines, X-ray controller from italy. At the same time, we also brought more than 20 moulds from Taiwan, Italy and Yugoslavia etc.Up to now, we own the machining equipment: 6sets EV-810 vertical machining centers, 2sets CNC lathes. 2sets universal lathes. 2sets radial drilling machines. 2sets omnipotent milling machines, 1set measuring machine.
