With total investment of USD 74.6 million and registered capital of USD 29.84 million, Shanghai Sanden Behr Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as the “SSB”) has replaced the original SEGM (Shanghai Ek Chor General Machinery Co., Ltd.—a Sino-Thai joint venture) in 2004 under the asset regroup among four parties, as Shanghai Automobile Stock Company, Shanghai Long-hua Industry Company, Japan Sanden Co., Ltd. and Germany Behr Co., Ltd..
