Chongqing geological instrument factory (hereafter referred to as CGIF) is a key enterprises under the ministry of territory and resource ( former the ministry of geology and minerals). The factory, belonging to China Geo-Equipment Group (CGE), is sole specialized enterprise which developing and manufacturing geological prospecting instruments.
