Company was established through stuotural reform of the original No.1 piston factoru of Sanai Hailing Industrial Co.,Ltd, which grew out of the original Hailing No .3 Parts Faotory . It moved form shanghai to Fuling Sichuan in 1996 ,after merger of Hailing Company and Sanai Company in 1997,it has become a specialized branch factory under Sanai Hailing Company(a listed company).
