Our company produces automobile and motorcycle engine and skeleton oil seals and rubber airtight packing products used in the gear box, among which there are various oil seals and airtight packing products made of fluo rin rubber (FKM), acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), acrylate rubber (ACM). Then we developed none asbestos reinforced compound plate materials (environmental protection type), reinforced compound plate materials and produced by beater addition. They have been used in the automobile engine air cylinder gaskets.
The company currently over 100 kinds of valve oil seals, more than 300 cranked front oil seals and cranked rear oil seals, above 100 others seal parts. The products are exported to the Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and America. The product category relates to most of the limousine series all over the world such as Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the USA. At present, we are continuously improving, developing and perfecting various models and consolidating our own strength in order to adapt the increasingly changed market requirements.
Our company covers an area of 20,000 meters and floor space of 8,000 meters with the advanced rubber mixing equipment, vulcanizing machine facilities, 100 sets of the inspecting and manufacturing devices, advanced NC lathe, electric pulse, and wire cutting equipment. There are 200 workers and staff members. The annual production capacity has reached over USD3,750,000 with broad and optimistic developing prospects.
