Shanghai TOYA Plastics Factory was established in 2000 and is located in Anting (Shanghai International Automobile City). Our factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters and provides products and service of automotive valve assemblies, air filters, and automotive electric and plastic parts.

We are equipped with five advanced production assembly lines, two examination lines, plastic molding equipment (80 tons ~ 600 tons of microcomputer plastic molding machines), injection workshop, assembly workshop, and a three-dimension-coordinate-measurement center. Our factory has established a CAD center (including UG, CATIA and ProE software with reverse engineering).

We have built a high qualified R&D team, including chemical, electricity, and machinery graduates, postgraduates and specialized technicians. Based on Shanghai, facing domestic and international sales markets, our factory has been an ISO/TS 16949 certified enterprise since 2003.
