The Company has more than 30 engineers and professional designers and formed its own product research & developing system starting from product design, rapid prototype, mold design to final product. Good command and adoption of free but complicated contour light performance design technology, using PROE/E, UG modeling and CAD/CAE technology, has made the Company one of China¡¯s leading auto lighting manufacturers, and shortened the developing cycling time, improved quality and efficiency. The Company passed the ISO9002 quality system validation in 2000 and QS9000 quality system validation in Nov.2001.Introduction of ERP system in 2002 from Softbrands Inc. optimized the Company¡¯s source planning management and made Company¡¯s management move towards international level. The new plant has been equipped with 7 injection machines with 650g to 4000g injection volumes, 3 tri-way assembly lines and 1 island assembly line, nationally advanced machines such as hotplate welding , ultrasonic welding and vibration friction welding machines, and international advanced equipments such as PC-UV surface treatment device and vacuum coating machine. The central laboratory covers all checking and testing facilities such as photometric testing system, sealing check device, vibration and shock testing device, hi-low temperature test chamber, salt fog corrosion test chamber, weather resistant test chamber, and ozonic aging test chamber which are necessary for testing lighting products according to ECE Regulations and national standards.
