DFM 24 was built in 1968 which covers the total area of 200,000m2 , it is one of the earliest specialized plant of Dongfeng Motor Corporation. Now the plant is specialized in manufacturing parts and components of engine and automobile, electronic apparatus and stamping parts for automobile, low-voltage distribution box, wiring harness for automobile, industry gas etc., and has the capability of manufacturing, installation and maintaining of mechanical and electric equipments. There are more than 500 staffs including more than 100 technical staffs. The annual sales volume is up to 100 million RMB.
In 1996, we started to carry out ISO 9000 quality system, and passed the quality system audit of ISO 9001:1994 in 1998. We also passed QS 9000 conformity assessment in 2001. In the same year, we passed the ISO 14001 environmental system assessment. And we passed ISO/TS 16949 quality system assessment and 3C assessment of P.R.C in 2004, have perfect both quality system and management system. There are more than 630 sets of equipments in our plant, of which 50 sets are NC machines, 60 sets are test and inspecting equipments. We have the capability to provide satisfactory product and service to our customers, and now our products are beening exported to many developed countries, such as United states, United Kingdom, Japan etc.
