Founded in 1987, Ningbo Yinzhou Modern Automobile Fittings Factory is near the 34 Provincial Highway and covers an area of over 1,500 square meters. The factory is engaged in development of auto metal punch parts, rubber, plastics, and kinds of molds in help of digit-analog design and manufacture technology by CAD/CAM. In punch and press, it owns one 100-t oil press, two 50-t oil presses, one 63-t punch and one 25-t punch; in plastic injection and die-casting, it owns one 220g plastics injection machine, one 165g plastics injection machine, two die-casting machine, four ovens and two plastics extrusion shaping machine; in mold manufacture, it owns one numerical control electric pulse, two linear cutters, four lathes, one milling machine, one rocker drill press, one 7130 type plane grinding machine, and one set of heat treatment carburizing quenching equipment. The factory mainly produces nylon and rubber gaskets, auto steel plate spring metal, rubber compound bush, rubber jackets, automated car door & lock openers, as well as kinds of plastic belts, waterproof belts, sealed strips, etc. They are supplied to USA GM, Shenyang Gold Cup GM, South Automobile, Hangzhou Automobile and other domestic and foreign well-known automobile companies. It boasts annual throughput of 15,000,000 auto parts. The factory sticks to technological innovation as always to develop new products continuously to cater for customers. Carrying out ISO9000 international quality management standard, it passed ISO9002:1994 certification of UK Moody Corporation on Aug. 18, 2001, and ISO90012000 on Sep. 25, 2003.
