This specialized enterprise is a private enterprise which produces rubber fittings for different cars,motorcycles and mechanical engineering. It founded in October,1983.The number of the staff is from 50 at the beginnig to 230 at this moment. There are 13 assistant engineers,and two of then are senior engineers. Most of them are working in different technical sections (Take the developmental department,the quality control department for examples).At the same time ,most of the staff are rich in production experience.Because all of them are in harmony with one another, the products are of high quality and the production are of a s-teady,sustained pace, the management and the service produce a marked effect.
