III. History
1978, the foundation of Jiann Tsang Enterprise;
1984, restructured into Jiann Tsang Enterprise Co., Ltd.;
1987, co-invested by Toyo Denso Co., Ltd. and Kymco Industrial Co., Ltd. and restructured into Toyo Jiann Tsang Co., Ltd.;
1992, cooperated with HONDA LOCK Co., Ltd. and started to manufacture lock switches for automobiles and motorcycles;
1995, the establishment of Changzhou Toyo Jiann Tsang Electric Motors Co., Ltd (in Changzhou High and New Tech Development Zone) and Hunan Toyo Jiann Tsang Electric Motors Co., Ltd (in Changsha Xingsha Development Zone);
1996, the completion of the construction of Changzhou Plant;
Jun. 1996, formally put into production and started to produce die-castings and injection moldings of motorcycle locks and handle switches;
1998, the beginning of mould production;
1999, the foundation of motorcycle wire bundle lines;
2000, introduced techniques from Toyo Denso and started to manufacture COIL FBTs, CDI electronic igniters and REG voltage regulators for motorcycles.
