Basic profile:
Zhaoyuan Padstar Auto Parts Co., Ltd was founded in 2001, which specializes in auto brake pads, espeacilly heavy duty brake pads. Presently it covers an area of 5500 ㎡ production workshop, 3500㎡ warehouse and 10000㎡ reserved undeveloped area .
Production:
At present, 2 producing line: a flash mold producing line and a flash mold producing line. Yearly capacity is up to 2-million sets. More than 2500 types have been developed, and new types are constantly developed to meet requirements of international and domestic market.
Meanwhile Padstar has its own back plates producing line which sure the original material quality and also save the cost for brake pads.
System and quality certification:
Padstar always focus on ststem contruction:passed ISO/TS16949, E/mark for EU, R90 certification for heavy duty pads. 80% types of heavy duty brake pads have passed the R90 certification.
