There are 105 technicians in our company, involving 45 senior engineers. We can develop 40 to 50 new brake products annually。All the computers in our company were brought into the LAN and applied with ERP system, in which 68 sets of computer using CAD/CAM/CAPP/PDM system were used in developing work. Some Software, such as Pro/E、Solid edge、AutoCAD and laser printers were applied to ensure the validity of the work. The company has complete research and development measure and advanced equipment, such as function testing bench, lifespan testing bench, vibration testing bench, temperature testing box, etc. There are complete machining crafts involving NC machining ( 30 machining centers, 23 NC lathes), soft assembly line, etc.
