Zhejiang Saikai Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., is an enterprise which is the earlier in domestic in the research, development and production of safety belt for automobile. Like a golden sun, it is rising slowly from the industrial base of Yueqing Lishi Company in the south of Zhejiang.
