Huzhou Dehong Automotive Electrical System Co., Ltd is a manufacturer specializing in R&D and producing automotive alternators and starters. We are the vice Director-General of Electric Appliance Committee in China Automobile Association, a state-level high-tech enterprise, the vice Director-General of Electrical appliance branch in CICEIA, a model integrity provincial enterprise and municipal key enterprise.
We're mainly operating OEM for various automotive and engine manufacturers in China, who are JMC, FAW (Dalian), FAW (Wuxi), FAW (Qingdao), DCD(Chaoyang), Yuejin, Chengdu engine company, Mianyang Xinchen engine company, Yunnei, Weichai, Beijing Foton, Changchai, Yuchai, Zhengzhou Zhongqi, Jianghuai automotive factory, Great Wall motor, etc.

Indicated by the report from Automotive Industry Association, Dehong’s products are occupying 12% of OEM’s market in China, at the 3rd position in this line. And our alternator with vacuum pump occupies over 70% market share in domestic market.
We passed ISO9001 Certificate firstly among the industry in July, 1997. QS-9000、VDA6.1 Certificate were passed in Dec. ,2000, and ISO/TS16949 Certificate in Apr, 2004.
Dehong established technology center in 1998 and assessed as provincial center by economy & trade committee. Our 58 professional technicians are designing products by advanced 3D design software (I-DEAS, Solidworks, etc.), ensuring to supply products conforming to customers’ requirements in 3 months.
Main manufacturing equipments: The key equipments including machining center, DC lathe, automatic winding machine, automatic dynamic balance instrument and tester on line etc. are the most advanced in the world, imported from USA, Germany, UK, Japan etc. RMB30,000,000 invested in fixed assets in 2007 to update manufacturing equipments and 2nd period lab rebuilding, to rise our manufacturing ability and improve the level of alternator ambient test facilities, physical and chemical test and inspection facilities.
Development Plan: The project related to annual capacity 200,000 pcs heavy duty alternators was approved by national development and innovation committee in 2005. Our new factory is in constructing on 4 ha. land located in Balidian Industry Zone, and expected to operate at the end of 2007. RMB300,000,000 annual sales will be increased by this project; Hongya project about annual capacity 500,000 pcs of start motor - joint venture with USA company – is under constructing on 4.7 ha. land in southwest area of Huzhou Economy & Developing Zone.
The Top 5 companies of domestic alternator manufacturing were competing to get the project V348 developed by JMC & Ford in 2005, and finally we got it. The energy saving and environment protecting alternator leads the process of engine dieselizing of Chinese car and bring opportunity to Dehong to enter into this huge market. At the meantime, it means Dehong enter into supplying system of Ford successfully.
