The products of Xin Point Group ar mainly automotive parts (exterior grills, rear mirrors, door handles, emblems ,gear shifters, instrument clusters, console parts, etc.) , electronic products (digital camera, video recorders, small electric appliances and office equipment, tec.), Telecommunications and digital parts.
ELECTROPLATING: We have 13 automatic electroplating lines with annual production capacity of over 5 million square meters. We offers ...[More]plating service with mainly ABS, PC/ABS, PA resin. We are capable of plating bright chrome, pearl chrome, black chrome, matt chrome, trivalent pearl chrome, white chrome, titanium chrome and stannum nickel alloy among custom finishes developed for specific applications and requirement for clients. Plastic electroplating is the core of XIn Point. Our resources and expertise have made us a world-class provider of goods for international clients. Micro-computer production control and on-line inspection system, automatic liquid feed system, nickel recycling system, self-developed three- dimensional swing system , as well as the cyanide-free environmental protection nickel technology is applied in the production lines of our group.
Tooling: Xin Point offers our clients i-house tool making from feasibilities and design through to fully tuned tools. We specialize in manufacturing high precision injection molds for automotive components, electronic parts and other plastic parts specializing in plating applications.
Molding: Xin Point offers our clients in –house molding with over 150 injection molding machine ranging in size from 50 to 700 tons. We also utilize a wide range of auxiliary equipment including robots and end of arm tooling . In addition, the dust-free injection workshop is available to allow us to meet our customer’s specific requirement.
NCVM(Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization): Environmental issues ar becoming an increasingly important business concern. With that, we installed two NCVM lines in 2007. Our dust-free workshop and advanced manufacturing engineering allows us to provide precision and high quality vacuum metalized parts to meet our customers expect.
Painting: We have a computer controlled, fully-automatic painting line located in a dust free facility which provides both solvents base and water base paint processes. Additionally , we have the experience and capability to do pad printing, silkscreen, laser ethching and assembly.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: Xin Point R &D is composed by the development section and a test centre. We have a team of very skillful and talented staffs who have accumulated rich experience in surface decoration technologies. Additionally , we are equipped with electroplating testing lines, series of advanced testing equipments, measurement instruments and hundreds of chemistries. Our lab and R&D facilities provide clients with in house testing and leading –edge innovation in new surface technology.
