The Tube Mill is a system designed to uncoil aluminum strip material from a coil, control the strip, control the free loop of the strip entering the Forming Module, form and High Frequency (HF) weld tube, scarf (trim) the weld bead, check and correlate tubes for weld integrity, straighten tube, and cutoff tubes to the specified length. The Tube Mill is designed to accommodate tube sizes between 12mm and 40mm at mill speeds up to 150 meters/minute (mpm). This mill forms and welds this tube in the flat oval shape.
