Equipped with FV-1000 and VB-715 high precision CNC machine centers, several electric spark numeral control cutters such as DK7780 and introduced 315T, 500T, 800T hydraulic presses, and 216 middle-large punching equipment, including 100T, 125T, 200T, 400T punches, the company has invested over RMB 1 million to introduce inspection and test equipment, mainly including three-coordinate detectors, salt spray testers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, Brinell hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, analytical balances and airtightness testers, effective in safeguarding product quality.
The company passed the certification of ISO/TS16949 in 2007 and succeeded in the supervision and verification for a successive two years. In addition, it has passed the State Mandatory CCC Inspection in respect of Auto Hinge in 2004 and succeeded in supervision and verification of the Center every year and plans to apply for the Certification of ISO/14001:2004 in 2010.
