The Head Factory of Powder Metallurgy, Laizhou City is a high-tech enterprise of Shandong Province. The factory is the professional manufacturer of P/M parts with the experience for about 20 years and is the key enterprise of powder metallurgy industry in China. Our factory covers an area of 65,000 square meters, 25,000 square meters for workshop and has the total assets of more than RMB 80 million. With more than 600 employees and 80 technicians, the factory has the powder metallurgy research institute and the computer information managing center.

Our factory is equipped with excellent facility, has more than 60 sets of powder metal press with different tonnage and 10 sets of special-purpose equipment, such as mesh-belt sintering furnaces，pusher sintering furnaces, steam treatment furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and so on, and equipped with more than 120 sets of all kinds of digital controlling metal-cutting equipment and chemical-physical checking-analyzing equipment, more than 10 sets of mould machine equipment met the international advanced level, such as low-speed wire cutting machine imported from Switzerland, precise electric spark machine imported from Japan. Therefore our factory has formed advanced powder metallurgy parts production line.

Our annual production is more than 4000tons/50 million piece of all kinds of iron-based and copper-based P/M parts. The production is widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, household electric appliances and so on. Most of them are awarded the honorable title of National New Productions and the Prize of Shandong Province Technological Achievements. Most of the product has been exported to America, Canada, Japan, West European countries, South America and so on .Our factory has been the OEM supplier for many international automobiles parts companies.
Our factory received the certification of ISO9002 in 1999 certified by the TÜV company in Germany, and passed the certification of ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 in 2003.
