By 10years R&D, the DETC-ABS was put into batch production in 2005, which suit the air brake vehicle. Now they have been widely used on the Chinese passenger cars & the trucks, and exported to Russia, Ukraine, Viet Nam, etc. In 2006the function of the system was expanded to ASR, and in 2007 the ABS/ASR system was  brought about industrialization. Now the ABS/ASR system has been upgraded to E-version. It was the only one that passed the German Rhine TUV certification in China.
The characteristics of DETC-ABS are below:

  1. With better adaptability, has the function of identifying road surface and self-adaptability controlling, can adapt to different road conditions and vehicle styles. And the EBD shortens the braking distance and increase the stability and comfortableness in the process of braking.
  2. The ASR system basing on the SAE J1939 agreement and CAN trunk control has the function of unisonous controlling on difference speed braking.
  3. With the newly collocating function of modularization components, can automatically identified the different collocates and deposited collocating information the EEPROM, to realize the function of self-study.
  4. The exercise of international new automobile standards of SAE J1939ISO14230(KWP2000)ISO9141 brought strong compatibility and commutative. The use of international automobile standard trunk of CAN BUSLIN BUS, make the connection to LAN, examining and maintaining more convenience.
  5. With perfect aptitude diagnosing technology for malfunction, the system malfunction can be automatically identified and be deposited in the EEPROM. It is convenient for the system maintenance and examination. we also designed malfunction invalidation mode, which can make Real-time optimizing control according to the extent and style of the malfunction.
  6. The core part of the magnet valve was made in spaceflight material, it advances the dynamic answer time and working temperature range-45+80,this is excelled to the congener products.
  7. The core electronic controller was designed with double MCU of principal and subordinate, with soft & hard double watchdog. And it was made in four layers of PCB and surface adhibit parts. The modularization designing of the each function part make it has tight design, high integration and more credible function.
